Marketo Specialist (Certified)

Requires 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proficient in supporting the implementation of marketing automation roadmap and associated processes.
  2. Support the technical architecture of implementing new campaigns and processes within Marketo and/or SFDC with minimal guidance.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Marketo and SFDC. Marketo certification is preferred but not required.
  4. Proficient in monitoring and consistently improving data quality, personalization, and lead flow.
  5. Experience in investigating, tracking, and troubleshooting issues.
  6. Lead the planning and execution of projects using Asana as the primary project management tool.
  7. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  8. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  9.  Assign tasks to team members, set priorities, and track progress using Asana.
  10. Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, providing status updates and resolving issues as they arise.
  11. Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
  13. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance project management capabilities.
